Bid Management
You have been notified of a live tender opportunity and want to bid. We may have worked together to get ‘bid ready’ and now need to bespoke your response. Or this may be new for you.
Either way, I will walk you through the process coordinating all stages from planning, writing, to submission.
We will work in partnership - you providing business insight, which I will then translate into a response that meets the needs of the buyer and importantly, scores maximum points.
As part of this process I will help you to understand the requirements, ask questions and challenge if needed. I will bring my buyer’s experience to help get the most from your responses, in consideration of the evaluation methodology to be applied.
I will also support you post-tender to understand the outcome, challenge if required and identify areas for improvement.

Bid Review
You may have your own in-house bid resource and just want a second opinion, or full bid management may simply not be accessible to you.
In this case I can offer a ‘review only’ option which is essentially a light touch approach to help you achieve the best possible score.
I will evaluate your response as if I were the buyer, using my experience in this area and based on the criteria and evaluation methodology provided. From this exercise I will identify any areas for improvement or opportunities to maximise your scores, which you can then implement.
Some clients like to have a hybrid approach between full bid management and review only that sits somewhere in the middle - I’m open to discussing the best solution to meet your needs.

Bespoke Training Provision
I encourage clients to take advantage of the free training available via SDP, of which I am one of the associate trainers. I also provide bespoke training for individual organisations, developed to meet your specific needs and audience. These can be delivered by myself or prepared on ‘train the trainer’ basis.

Procurement Power Hour
A chat about anything procurement or bid related - an hour to go over key things you need to know whether it be how to find tender opportunities, creating an action plan based on some tender feedback or a review of a tender document. After, I will follow up with any relevant signposting, resources or next steps.
